Powered Farm assists users in making informed decisions but does not replace professional agronomic, financial, legal, compliance or other specialist advice.

Users remain responsible for decisions made in relation to their operations.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security, while Powered Farm will implement reasonable security measures to protect user accounts and platform access
• Protecting login credentials
• Ensuring information provided is accurate

The Powered Farm platform, website, software, designs, content and associated materials remain the property of Powered Farm or its licensors.

Customers retain ownership of their own data.

Customers retain ownership of all farm, operational and business information entered into the platform.

Powered Farm receives a limited licence to process this information solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the service.

Powered Farm will treat customer information as confidential and will not disclose identifiable customer information without consent unless required by law.

Powered Farm will use reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the extent permitted by law, Powered Farm excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian or New Zealand consumer laws.

Where users participate in pilot or early access programs, certain features may be incomplete, modified or withdrawn as the platform evolves.

Powered Farm will communicate material changes where practical.

Powered Farm may suspend or terminate access where users breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

Users may cease using the platform at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contracting Powered Farm entity operates, subject to any rights available under applicable Australian or New Zealand law.
